At Thorny Devil’s, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help. Please read through our returns policy below for a smooth and easy returns process.

  • Change of Mind Returns


    We offer returns for change of mind purchases within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided the following conditions are met:

    • Item is unworn, unused, and in original condition
    • Tags and packaging are intact
    • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is provided

     

    Exclusions: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items such as respiratory protection, undergarments, or opened PPE (e.g., safety masks, earplugs) unless they are faulty.

  • How to Return an Item


    You can return items by dropping by Thorny Devil’s and our friendly team will assist you with the return or exchange.

     

    Refunds & Exchanges

    • Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
    • If you’d prefer an exchange, let us know and we’ll hold the replacement item if it’s in stock.
    • Refunds may take 3–5 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
  • Faulty or Incorrect Items


    If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your proof of purchase and a description (including photos, if possible) of the issue.


    In some cases, items may need to be assessed by the manufacturer to determine the nature of the fault before a refund or replacement can be issued. We’ll keep you informed throughout this process and aim to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

    If the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect, we’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or refund—at no cost to you.
